John Wenzlau, President and CEO of Agenor Partners, has over 25 years of successful experience in the senior housing industry as an owner, operator and marketer of senior housing projects. During this period he has been able to assemble a team of creative, professional, and experienced individuals who provide innovation, stability and strength to any organization. If the issues are related to the providing of outstanding food service programs, Agenor can set the standard. If the issues are related to developing strong policies and procedures Agenor has developed models upon which to build fine operations programs. If the issues are census, Agenor has the marketing acumen to either sense or create the market to achieve higher occupancy or revenues. In recent months Agenor has added additional experience to the leadership group by adding experience from the age restricted home building industry .Whether it is the development of new communities or the resurrection of struggling communities the experience is here.
